Go behind the scenes of the creation of your aligners
Once you have had your first appointment with the Smilers® dentist or orthodontist, the physical or digital impression of your teeth is sent to Smilers® in Salon-de-Provence. It is where, in agreement with your practitioner, your treatment plan will be elaborated.
The treatment plan is created, with all the alignment steps . For each stage there is a corresponding aligner, which, by applying gentle mechanical forces, will move certain teeth to the until next step.
You need some reassurance before starting? we are here for you!
A simulation video of your treatment plan is created and sent to your practitioner so that you can jointly approve the treatment plan.
Once the treatment plan has been finalised and approved by you and your practitioner, Smilers® software orders the 3D printing of your aligners in our Salon-de-Provence factory. The 3D printing and laser production facilities have been recognised as among the most innovative in Europe, thanks largely to the technology used by Smilers®, Biotech dental Smilers, French leading manufacturer of dental devices.
With Smilers®, your smile is in good hands
It takes about two weeks for the aligners to be printed after the impressions are made.
Once the aligners are produced and manually checked by our experienced team, the aligners are packaged and sent to your practitioner.
Your practitioner will give you your aligners on average every 2 to 3 weeks and will keep in touch with Smilers® team should your treatment plan change.
A team is always available, 7 days a week, to communicate with your practitioner.
